He is also the **Director General of the Yenagoa Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture**, where he leads efforts to promote private sector growth, strengthen investment attraction, and support enterprise development at the subnational level in Nigeria. He is a member of the *Governining Council of the Bayelsa MultiDoor Courthouse,* an institution dedicated to expand access to justice beyond the traditional court room advocacy.
Originally trained in law, Warmate’s professional journey has evolved beyond traditional legal practice into **economic policy advocacy, trade diplomacy, and institutional development**. His work focuses on translating complex trade agreements and policy frameworks into **practical economic opportunities for businesses—particularly small and medium enterprises that form the backbone of Africa’s economies** and global institutional engagements in ethics and governance.
